Operation and Applications

Air bubbles agitate the water around the raw material, while the conveying and spray arrangement supports washing and discharge.

An Air Bubble Washer with Spray is used for washing peeled and unpeeled raw materials. Applications include washing before peeling or juice extraction, as well as preparing whole fruit for sale. The washing stage depends on the raw material and the process.

The machine configuration and operating conditions are selected to suit the raw material, process and site requirements.
