Liquid filling equipment is selected for the product, container and processing route. The pineapple and coconut examples below describe different arrangements.

Inline Filling for Pineapple Canning

Syrup or pineapple juice is prepared and held in tanks before supply to the Inline Liquid Filler. It adds the packing liquid to cans already containing the selected pineapple fruit form. For juice packing, the juice can come from a separate processing line or another supply system.

Exhausting Before Seaming

In the pineapple canning route, filled cans pass through the Exhaust Box before the Can Seamer.

Rotary Filling in the Coconut Milk and Cream Route

Rotary filling follows homogenization. Empty cans pass through depalletizing, washing and loading before the filler. Filled cans proceed to seaming and the selected retort process.

Coconut processing — Rotary Filling application

The filling and exhausting stages are defined for their respective lines. The pineapple Exhaust Box arrangement is not imposed on the coconut rotary-filling route.
