Tea Extraction
Kneader Configuration
The Kneader mixes tea leaves with water during extraction to promote contact throughout the batch. Spent leaves are separated after extraction.
Batch Basket Configuration
The Batch Basket holds tea leaves during batch extraction. Removing the basket at the end of the cycle removes the spent leaves together, supporting batch loading and unloading.
Where the Tea Extract Goes Next
After extraction and removal of the spent leaves, the liquid tea extract can be used for beverage blending or sent for further concentration, according to the intended product and project requirements. These are downstream options, not mandatory consecutive stages.
