Low Pressure Extractor details

Explore Low Pressure Extractor ↗

Low Pressure Extractor — pressing equipment

Uses a screw and screen at the initial extraction stage to separate liquid from the raw material. Grinding beforehand is recommended to reduce particle size and make it more uniform.

Read Low Pressure Extractor — pressing equipment details ↗

Horizontal High Pressure Extractor

Recovers additional liquid from residue after Low Pressure extraction, typically at the second extraction stage. Selection considers the raw material and the condition of the incoming residue.

Read Horizontal High Pressure Extractor details ↗

SHHP for Coconut and Fine Particles

Intended for coconut and materials with particularly small particles, SHHP can be used at the second or third extraction stage in a process that begins with Low Pressure extraction.

Vertical High Pressure Extractor

Uses a vertical screw for further extraction where particularly dry residue is required or liquid is difficult to extract. It is mainly used at a third extraction stage, following Low Pressure or Horizontal High Pressure extraction.

Connecting the Extraction Stages

The pressing sequence is selected for the product and feed condition. Liquid from successive extraction stages can be collected in a common holding tank, with subsequent treatment defined by the product and process. Final residue handling follows the customer's production requirements.

Pulper

Muninmax designs and manufactures the Pulper for fruit pulping and juice finishing. It separates fruit pulp to produce purée while removing unwanted material such as seeds, peel or fibres. It can also remove some solids or pulp from juice, with the application determined by the raw material, screen selection and machine configuration.

Belt Press

Muninmax sources Belt Press equipment from specialist suppliers to match project requirements. Belts and rollers compress prepared or crushed raw material, producing juice and discharging pressed residue with reduced moisture through a separate outlet.

Tea Extraction

Muninmax designs and manufactures tea extraction systems for producing liquid tea extracts. Kneader and Batch Basket configurations are available as options within the system, designed around the raw material and required processing capacity.

Read Tea Extraction details ↗

Kneader

The Kneader mixes tea leaves with water during extraction to promote contact throughout the batch. Spent leaves are separated after extraction.

Kneader configuration ↗

Batch Basket

The Batch Basket holds tea leaves during batch extraction. Removing the basket at the end of the cycle removes the spent leaves together, supporting batch loading and unloading.
