Distinguish Installation from Commissioning
Installation covers putting the equipment in place within the agreed scope. Commissioning focuses on bringing it into operation and checking how it operates within that scope. A project discussion should address both, including connections to existing equipment where relevant.
Unloading, inspection, assembly and operational checks can be discussed as parts of the work. The proposal and agreement define which activities are included and the responsibilities of Muninmax, the customer and any partners.

Prepare the Site and Equipment Information
Start with the equipment involved and the work you need. For an existing line, describe the equipment already installed and the connections to be considered. A factory layout and an explanation of site constraints help define the installation discussion.
Useful information to share includes:
- The equipment to be installed or brought into operation.
- The product and process the equipment will support.
- Existing equipment details and the proposed layout, where available.
- Site information, access arrangements and constraints that may affect the work.
- The proposed schedule and the scope you want Muninmax to cover.
Muninmax provides services worldwide. Site visits, schedules and site readiness are planned together with the customer according to the project scope.

Agree How the Work Will Be Accepted
The project agreement identifies deliverables, equipment connections, included work, optional items and exclusions. Acceptance criteria should be part of that discussion so that the expected work and checks are clear.
Where performance guarantees are agreed, they are documented for the project. They specify the guaranteed values, raw material and operating conditions, test methods and acceptance criteria.

Begin with the Information You Have
You can start an installation or commissioning enquiry before a complete specification is available. Tell us which equipment is involved, what work is needed and what site information you already have.
Preparing Machinery for Delivery
Muninmax prepares and packs machinery before transport and coordinates with the carrier. Delivery to the site, unloading and import or export formalities are agreed within the scope of each project.
Define the Delivery Scope
The project discussion identifies which delivery activities are included and which responsibilities belong to Muninmax, the customer or other parties. Site delivery and unloading should be considered alongside the installation arrangements for the equipment.
Prepare the Site Information
Tell us where the equipment will be delivered and share the site information, proposed schedule and constraints already available. Site readiness and visits are planned with the customer according to the agreed project scope.
