Fruit Size Grading
The GR-4P separates fruit by size using four pairs of driven grading rollers. Adjustable gaps define the separation size. Smaller fruit passes through to a gravity chute, while larger fruit continues to the end outlet.

The stated throughput is per machine. Each grader separates fruit into two size ranges. An arrangement using three graders to obtain four size ranges is one configuration, rather than a required layout for every project.
Construction: The rollers, spiral rods, chute, frame and product-contact parts are AISI 304 stainless steel.

In pineapple processing, size grading sorts whole pineapples by diameter before they are directed to the appropriate preparation equipment.
