Pulper / Finisher — PP 300D
Muninmax designs and manufactures the Pulper for fruit pulping and juice finishing. It separates fruit pulp to produce purée while removing unwanted material such as seeds, peel or fibres. It can also remove some solids or pulp from juice, with the application determined by the raw material, screen selection and machine configuration.

The working shaft speed is 659 RPM; the motor speed is 1,450 RPM. Product-contact parts are AISI 304 stainless steel. An inlet impeller for breaking or macerating the feed is available as an option.
Two Different Finishing Duties
The Pulper / Finisher produces fruit pulp or purée and can remove some solids or pulp from juice. Its separation duty depends on the raw material, screen selection and machine configuration.
An FC (forced circulation) Finisher serves a different purpose in an evaporation system. It receives concentrate from the main evaporator and removes further water by evaporation to reach the required final concentration. Pulp separation and final-stage evaporation are distinct processing duties.
