Tell us about the product, the intended processing stages, packaging and storage requirements. Include existing equipment and any connections that need to be considered. You can begin the discussion before a complete specification is available.
Muninmax can design and integrate equipment we manufacture or source with existing customer equipment or machines from other manufacturers. Capacity, product conditions, equipment connections and control systems are considered when defining the integration work.
Aseptic Filling Context
For an aseptic filling project, the product, process and packaging are considered together. Connections from a UHT system or an aseptic tank to the filler are defined according to the product and project requirements.
The project discussion identifies the equipment and conditions to be addressed in the agreed work and acceptance criteria. Requirements for one product or equipment arrangement are not automatically the requirements for another.
Scope and Responsibilities
The proposal and agreement identify the work, deliverables, equipment connections and the responsibilities of Muninmax, the customer and any other manufacturers or contractors involved. Included work, optional items and exclusions are agreed for the project.
These responsibilities and boundaries must be clear before Muninmax accepts the project. If the scope and responsibilities cannot be clearly agreed, Muninmax will not accept the project.
Written Performance, Test and Acceptance Criteria
Where performance guarantees are agreed, they are documented in writing for the project. They identify the guaranteed values, raw material and operating conditions, test methods and acceptance criteria.
Discuss the required performance and the conditions under which it will be assessed together. The written criteria connect the expected result to the agreed conditions and test method, rather than treating a result from another application as a guarantee for this project.
