Aloe Peeler
Prepare trimmed aloe leaves for peeling, inspection and the selected slicing route. Leaves enter with the base, tip and sides already trimmed and a thickness of at least 6 mm. Reference recovery depends on the size of the aloe vera leaf.

Peeling Machine — Aloe-Peel
The Aloe-Peel receives leaves with the base, tip and sides already trimmed. The feed requires a leaf thickness of at least 6 mm. Adjustable compression accommodates peel thickness, and the peeling arrangement separates the skin from the inner material.

Recovery depends on the leaf size. The listed conveyor motors and belts describe the reference configuration; electrical requirements are specified according to the functions selected for each project. The reference electrical supply is 380 VAC, three-phase, 50 Hz.
The structure and general stainless-steel product-contact components use AISI 304. Peeling knives use AISI 420, with PVC and PU belts as specified above. The control box includes a starter and inverter in this configuration.

Preparation and Inspection
Operators trim the base, tip and side edges before peeling. The peeled flesh passes through trimming and inspection before the selected slicing and processing route.
