The main product configuration is crushed aloe vera blended with its own juice. Aloe vera in syrup is an additional configuration, using formulation mixing before UHT treatment and aseptic bulk filling.

Product Configurations
Aloe Vera in Syrup
Prepared aloe flesh is mixed with syrup according to the required formulation. The mixed product passes through UHT treatment before filling into aseptic bulk bags.

From Whole Leaves to Bulk Products

| Leaf Receiving and Washing | Whole aloe leaves enter the receiving and washing section, which combines water spray, brush washing and a chlorine soaking basin in the reference configuration. |
| Leaf Preparation and Peeling | Operators remove the base, tip and both side edges before mechanical peeling. The peeled flesh then passes through trimming and inspection. |
| Slicing and Crushing | A slicer prepares the flesh for crushing. Water supports lubrication and product transfer within the process. |
| Aloe Juice Preparation | Flesh allocated for juice production and suitable clean flesh trimmings feed the Low Pressure Extractor. The juice passes through collection and preparation tanks, a decanter and a filter press before blending. |
| Preheating and Blending | For the product in its own juice, prepared crushed aloe passes through a tubular preheater before blending with the filtered aloe juice. |
| UHT Treatment | The blended product passes through a tubular UHT system for heating, holding and cooling. Vacuum deaeration is integrated within the thermal processing section. |
| Aseptic Bulk Filling | The treated product is filled into aseptic bulk bags, followed by drum conveying and preparation for pallet handling. |

05 / Connected production sections
Line Integration
The process connects leaf preparation, slicing and crushing, aloe juice preparation, blending and aseptic processing.
Conveyors, buffer tanks, transfer pumps, piping and controls connect the production sections. Rind and rejected material follow a separate waste conveying route, while suitable clean flesh trimmings are available for juice extraction. CIP connections and cleaning circuits support the relevant tanks and processing equipment.
